The weather was beautiful for this year's dragonfly count: mostly sunny, low 80's, and not too humid.

Twenty-one people in five groups participated.

We tallied 44 species comprising 1286 individuals.

Some of the better finds were Lilypad Forktail (over a month early), Double-striped Bluet, Rapids Clubtail, Swift River Cruiser, and Banded Pennant.
